All stall holders must have their own Public Liability Insurance min £5m & have a copy available on the day either paper or digital.
Tables must have a floor length cloth (we don't provide them)
Stalls selling alcohol must hold all relevant licences to do so. Flock2 do not hold personal licences or TENs.
Stalls selling food products will need to meet the necessary government guidelines and provide a food hygiene certificate.
There will be a representative from Flock2 at the venue from 8am until everyone has packed up. Trader parking is available at the venue, easy access for loading in and out and all on one level.
The Village Hall comprises of 3 spaces. The Main Hall and 2 adjoining spaces all linked together.Flock2 Artisan will designate pitches in advance and has final decision on the space allocated.
Flock2 will provide Tea, Coffee Etc and Cordial for all sellers and a microwave will be available in the kitchen.
Bookings are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by Flock2.
Flock2 cant guarantee footfall or sales but are committed to promoting the events to make them as successful as possible.
Flock2 will, when practicable not duplicate stalls, although there may occasionally be some limited crossover.
Flock2 will prioritise traders who book a regular pitch.
Flock2 will market the event on social media, display a banner at the venue and in a prominent location within the village boundary & posters advertising the event will be distributed to shops and public buildings within the surrounding areas.
Flock2 have the right not to accept a booking.
Please email with pictures of a small selection of what you sell and if possible a picture of your setup, this will be for social media once the booking is confirmed. We will also need a copy of PLI.
